My Story
Hello and thank you for being here!
I’m Nicole Stiers, a longtime Salem, OR local, wife to Justin (25 years and counting!), and mom to two grown boys, Isaiah and Gage. We also have two goofy pups, Billie and Barlow, who keep life interesting.
I first discovered Scentsy in 2008 at a local event and instantly fell in love with the idea of scent changing the feel of a home. What started as a party booking quickly turned into a business that has now been part of my life for over 18 years.
Scentsy allowed me to leave my job of 10 years in 2009 so I could be home with my boys when our family schedule shifted. Since then, it has been a steady source of income, flexibility, and personal growth for our family.
In 2020, I purchased my “she shed” — lovingly called Smelly Cole’s Clurbhouse — which became my dedicated workspace and creative retreat. Having a space of my own completely changed how I show up in my business. It’s where I plan, create, follow up, and build in a way that feels calm and sustainable.
Over the years, my business has evolved. Today, I focus on creating calm and success by doing less — building relationships, following up intentionally, and sharing products I genuinely use and love.
